The whole area is sort of a big "we don't know" stat. I think people thinking it'll be later than the last two are too pessimistic. It's still July (just about), much of the remaining work seems to be this one huge free roam and then animations. DPC says there are 100 left to do but we have no clue how big those are or how many there'll be if they're merged together.
At worst I think it could be a late November release, but I still think Autumn is still more likely at present unless something really surprising in terms of work remaining emerges from a status update next month.
